Description

Mortar and grout gun for your drill

Grout and mortar jobs done in half the time, with your drill doing the pushing

Load mortar into the steel funnel hopper, run the drill, and the spiral auger feeds a steady bead through the nozzle and into the joint. Your hand steers while the drill does the squeezing, so your hands stay comfortable all the way down the wall.

Use it for pointing brick and stone, filling paving joints, grouting tile and closing gaps around door and window frames. Chuck the drive shaft into the drill you already own and you have a mortar gun, with no battery to charge.

Why it beats a grout bag

A steady bead, a drill that does the work, and a rinse to finish

Your drill, your speed

The round drive shaft at the back chucks into your drill. A variable-speed drill lets you match the auger speed to your mix and lay the bead as fast or as slow as the joint needs.

Steady, clean flow

A mix loosened to flow slides down the hopper and the auger feeds it forward. Buyers say it best: “The bead of mortar came out clean and straight every time.”

Rinses clean at the tap

Unscrew the nozzle and flush the hopper, barrel and auger with water straight after the job, and the gun is ready for the next one.

Setup

Running in three steps

Fit it

Screw the side handle in under the barrel and a nozzle onto the front.

Chuck it

Tighten the drive shaft firmly in your drill’s chuck.

Load and run

Fill the hopper, run the drill slowly and guide the nozzle along the joint.

Tip: if mortar backs up in the hopper, switch the drill’s direction and the auger pushes it out through the nozzle.

Four nozzles

Match the nozzle to the joint

All four screw onto the front of the barrel. Use the flat slot for wide, flat joints, the wide round nozzle for large gaps, and the two cones for narrower brick and tile joints.
